We Now Have a Real Store!

The big news is that we have relocated to the former Bemidji Catering building on highway 71, next to the 71 Mart, ten miles north of Bemidji, in Turtle River.

We will now have easy access, regular hours, and, most exciting of all, our own sausage kitchen! So we now have the ability to make our own products for sale, as well as the means to do some custom processing for those of you who want your venison trim turned into tasty sausages or jerky.

Of course, we still encourage folks to do it themselves, and will carry what you need to make your own sausage, and process your own produce. Besides offering the equipment and supplies, we offer expert advice, and will even be offering classes on sausage making and vegetable processing. These will be be hands-on courses done in our kitchen. Class size will be limited, so give us a call, or stop in, to find out when they will be offered.
